Location of Peter Adelaide Condos

Having been classified as a part of Toronto’s “urban growth centre,” the Entertainment District is an already vibrant area and much sought after. Come 2031, it is projected to have 400 new residents plus jobs per hectare.  In fact, that could happen even earlier. It is home to Toronto’s latest eateries, bars and entertainment places. The area actually exhibits a tinge of history, mostly in the form of notable historic brick attics and warehouses, the majority of which have actually been transformed either into galleries or offices for ingenious and technology-centred businesses.

This is an area that is served extremely well by transit. Accessing the subway station and various 24-hour streetcar lines is stress-free. Approximately 200,000 people work in Toronto’s Financial District which is just minutes away.

This is indeed the ideal place for people who will choose the spot as their home; those who want to enjoy a combination of great food, time – and the space.
